Clean Desk Policy

Hope you are doing great!

We would like to emphasize the importance of adhering to Clean Desk Policy. It is crucial for maintaining a secure and organized work environment. Please ensure that you read and follow the policy diligently.

It’s been recently noticed that some of the colleagues are not following such policy in terms of having their food/snacks at the desk, not having a clean desk, leaving sensitive documents and information left on the desks, and not properly dressed. This is not only leaving the space inappropriate but also adding a risk of exposing the DCO important information and other safety measures related to the space.

Please be aware that during this Thursday 21^st November from 10 – 11 am, DCO Headquarters will host important visits, and we really appreciate from everyone to be physically present and please make sure to reschedule any internal meetings at that time to have the best shape of our representation during such visits. In addition, please make sure to adhere to the formal dress code.
