About
IDCF
The International Digital Cooperation Forum (IDCF) is DCO’s multi-stakeholder platform, convening annually to advance inclusive digital prosperity. We unite policymakers, tech pioneers, entrepreneurs, academics, and civil society from 16 Member States and beyond to collaborate and strategize for the future of the digital economy.
In 2026, IDCF will serve as the global stage for translating AI policy into actionable programs, fostering cross-border collaboration, and ensuring no one is left behind in the age of artificial intelligence. Through dynamic partnerships and innovative dialogue formats, we create pathways for sustainable digital transformation that benefits all communities.
Our forum represents more than 800 million people across diverse economies, cultures, and development stages. We champion multilateral cooperation, responsible innovation, and shared prosperity as the foundation for building an inclusive digital future where AI serves as humanity’s greatest equalizer.
