Enhancements to External E-mail Communication
Greetings Super Team,
Hope you are doing great and enjoyed the Eid Holidays!
We would like to refresh the below subject to ensure the appropriate representation of DCO team members in our external and internal communication, and to increase the maturity level of information security at DCO.
It’s been noticed recently that some of the team members are still designing and creating different types of signatures which are not complied with the unified signature and branding guidelines at DCO. We highly appreciate from everyone to please remove all your existing e-mail signatures (if any) effective immediately, and not to use them in any internal or external communication, knowing that your signature which contains your name, title, and contact number will be automatically generated for external e-mails.
Human Resources team will revisit the contact details with all the team members to ensure it’s up to date and confirmed to be included in the signature.
Please also consider the security caution generated automatically for all external e-mails you may receive and make sure to report to Information Technology team any threat or spam e-mail you suspect, so they can take the mitigation action immediately.
