The second International Digital Cooperation Forum convened global leaders, innovators and partners in Kuwait City to turn digital cooperation into practical action. Held on 4–5 February 2026 alongside the DCO 5th General Assembly, the Forum advanced responsible AI, digital trade, trusted technology, infrastructure, skills and inclusion.
The IDCF 2026 Impact
With 250+ attendees from 22 countries and 85+ government representatives, IDCF facilitated over $12M in startup investments while generating 45.2 million digital impressions. The forum successfully brought together ministers, industry leaders and investors, creating lasting frameworks for digital cooperation and entrepreneurship across Member States.
